CLAIMAI — Billing Discrepancy Parser
ML component that flags medical billing discrepancies across healthcare claims for recovery. Fine-tuned a domain-specific Hugging Face NLP model on medical billing data, paired with a LangChain + Chroma RAG pipeline for semantic search over claims knowledge bases. Added OCR and document generation to automatically draft recovery letters to providers. Runs on a shared React/Node frontend on Azure Web Apps.

CLAIMAI — Internal AI Chatbot
Internal company AI assistant built on Azure AI Foundry, using Azure OpenAI models grounded in an Azure AI Search vector index for retrieval over internal knowledge. Orchestrated with Foundry Prompt Flow and prompt-engineered for accuracy in a HIPAA-sensitive environment. Shares the same frontend as the billing parser, serving 30 internal users on Azure Web Apps.
